· I wanted to thank you for taking the time to spend with the players and share your knowledge and encouragement with them. One of the biggest obstacles I feel that Stephen has with goalkeeping is his mental attitude about the position. In his mind, if he is not a so called “field player”, he is not in a position of importance. Everyone has tried to stress the importance of the goalie position to him and he feels that you stand there for 95% of the game and make an occasional save. I love how you are teaching the kids that there are many ways to be more involved with the game and goalkeepers are in fact a very special part of the game. He has always played fullback in the past and has sort of become a goalie by default. I think he does a pretty good job and his team seems to like him in the goal and have confidence in him and hopefully he will eventually realize how important he is to his team. Traci forwarded your match analysis to us and I would like to thank you again for all the time you are spending with the players. Brandon played tremendously well and Bill and I wanted to thank you for the

help you have given him so far. We could hear him so much more out on the

field, his agressiveness has come along way since the few sessions spent

with you. We can't thank you enough for the effort put forth with Brandon.

Cameron, had a few awesome saves that you would be extremely proud of....I

have never heard him yell as loud as he did this weekend.......direct the

team so well for setting up his players in corner kicks. Cameron has a long

way to go with you as he is still young but we have seen such improvement in

the boys with your guidance that we look forward to a long term relationship

with you in the GOAL!!!

Leon,

Kiernan had a great fall season, as a freshman she was moved into the varsity keeper position in the 4th week of the season, and steadily improved.  She capped her last regular season match with a clean sheet, and held the team we played in the tournament scoreless with over 15 shots on goal leading us to the championship.  Your guidance in the spring & summer helped her So much.
